North Star vision design for Zalando Lounge

 

Client: Zalando Lounge, the retail club of Zalando, offers daily limited-time sales on fashion and lifestyle products.

Project: Product Strategy Activation, 2020–2021.

My Role: Design Strategy Lead

Context: In 2020, celebrating its 10th anniversary, Zalando Lounge launched an ambitious 3-year product strategy. The vision included eight distinct opportunity areas, each entrusted to dedicated product teams.

I led the design strategy for Zalando Lounge's pivotal North Star vision, along with another design strategist colleague. Our work involved structuring methodologies, facilitating customized workshops across product teams and C-level management, and contributing to crafting the vision prototype.
