Managing design at Zalon by Zalando

Context: I worked at Zalon by Zalando between 2016-2019 as a lead product designer and design manager of 4 designers.

Highlights of my experience:

  • Bringing in customer centricity to Zalon through personas and customer journey mapping

  • Questionnaire project resulting with 18% CR uplift

  • App redesign, resulting with %18 uplift in number of orders, and 10% uplift in subscriptions

  • Promoting to a design manager, and leading a team of 4 designers across 3 teams
